The apartment is newly built (it was only ready just couple of months ago) so everything is very new! It has a rooftop swimming pool with BBQ pits and a large gymnasium! It also has a library⁄studying area as shown in the pictures. Amaaaaazing facilities! The apartment is fully furnished and you'll be living in the apartment with Three guys (including myself). You will share the room with a Chile guy. Only respectful and clean flatmates!! Rent fee is $175 per week , and a bond deposit of two weeks' worth of rent ($350) which will be refunded at the end of the agreed lease, provided nothing has been damaged⁄keys are returned in good condition. Two weeks' notice required before leaving. All bills and Internet included. We received heaps of interested parties the first couple of rounds so be quicker this time! :) The room is available from 29th August (Note: please text me & include a brief introduction of you and your partner e.g. names, nationality, etc.) Cheers, Mika
