We have a room for rent in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Bayview- 5 minutes from the city.
The room is a standard room and has large built in robe, aircon and a shared bathroom. This will be $200 per week including internet and electricity for the first two months.
The house is nicely furnished, although the room is not. We also have a games room with a pool table and nintendo etc and a spare room for guests. You'll be iving with three professionals in their mid to late 20's, 2 boys and a girl, and until the end of December , we have a friend staying in the spare room, who's rent will be covering bills, so for two months there will be no bills except for the cleaner (you will pay $60 for the cleaner every 5 weeks.) you'll also need to pay bond.
We are all relaxed, clean, friendly and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend.
