The room is set in a beautiful large single level fully landscaped 4 bedroom Colonial style house on acreage only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, in the Hills District. It is set apart from neighbours and the road (a cul de sac), so offers complete privacy and plenty of parking within the property.
The housemates:
The house is currently accommodating one couple (who have their own section of the house) and me (female) and we are all late 20sâ„early 30s, plus we have a couple of cats, dogs and horses between us so we are definitely animal people. We're super laid back, and happy to socialise or keep to ourselves, which the space allows for.
We are looking for someone who is cleanâ„tidy, easy going, employed and pays rent on time.
