The apartment is a very large 2-bedroom apartment with a large shared bathroom, large combined dining and lounge and separate laundry. The room on offer is for a single person, however, it is a large DOUBLE bedroom, and couple will be considered (slightly increased rate).
Summer Hill train station is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment to Summer Hill Station platform and an extra 1-minute to the centre of Summer Hill shops making it VERY easy to travel to and from the CBD if you work there. It is an 18-minute (no change required) train ride from Summer Hill to Town Hall station with regular trains every morning and evening.
The apartment is always kept very clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who will respect the place like his or her own home. Looking for long-term occupant(s) only. Smoking OK on balcony. Move in date is slightly flexible - contact me with any questions.
