Looking for an easy-going, friendly and considerate housemate to share house in Woy Woy. The room is available immediately.
You will share the fully furnished house with a couple comprising a 30 year professional working in Sydney and a 27 year old full time student at Newcastle uni. There is also Evie (German Shepherd) who likes to play in the backyard but sleeps inside at night. We are social and enjoy sharing dinner with drinks occasionally but we also like our privacy.
The room:
• Furnished with a queen bed, bedside table and TV table
• Contains Foxtel IQ (can record shows etc.)
• Built-in wardrobe
• Air-conditioning
• Ceiling fan
• Polished floorboards
The house:
• 3 bedrooms, lounge room, dining room, kitchen and renovated bathroom.
• Fire place that is going most nights in winter.
• We have a big backyard with a pool.
• The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and appliances you need although you are welcome to bring your own.
• There is fridge and freezer space to share as well as your own dedicated cupboard space.
• The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and a large hills hoist at the back to hang your washing.
• There is WIFI internet access
• The house is a 4 min bicycle ride to Woy Woy station or a 12 minute walk. Deep Water Plaza is down the road with Coles and other shops.
• 100m from two service stations.
Rental details:
• The rent is $180 per week including water, WIFI internet and Foxtel but excludes power, power bills will be split 3 ways.
• 2 weeks advanced rent of $360 is required via direct debit and rent is to be paid fortnightly
• Looking for someone willing to rent the room for 6-12 months. May be extended depending on circumstances.
You must be:

• Clean and willing to help out around the house
