People work have taken them to Melbourne and Goulburn. We lose the small room person on the 18th and the old master on the 22th. The old master is available for 190 and is unfurnished and the single fully furnished room is 170. This includes fibre Internet and a fortnightly cleaner. The house itself is amazing people walking in people say wow, it has two seperate entertaining areas so there is plenty of space. We don't run on chores but between the dishwasher and the cleaner and everyone seems to keep the place relatively tidy as they goi all our house of four is becoming a house of two. A bit of help every now and again in the garden would be appreciated (weeding mainly) Sam (female) 23 Uni and me Matt 30 (old) have lived together for 3 years (not a couple) and both share housed prior. We both enjoy getting out and have had or are planning trips away. I am away from when you will move in. We are looking for easy going neat house mates preferably 1 female 1 male. You will be sharing a separate toilet bath with two others.
