Queer cottage seeks new housemate in Ainslie.
Looking for a responsible, open minded, genuine and friendly person for spare room in three bedroom bungalow. Queer folks preferred. No haters, phobics or bigots. A safe, respectful and happy home is our first priority.
We are just off Limestone, an easy 10-15 min walk to Canberra centre/city bus stop. Off-street parking available. House is a cute little cottage, warm (ducted gas heating) and mostly cool in summer. Features include a large living room, brilliant bathroom with bath/shower and a small but functional country-esque kitchen/dining area. Shared spaces are mostly furnished and house has fridge, freezer and washing machine. The white goods are not the most efficient, so we would definitely be open to replacing/upgrading. Although house has furniture, it is mostly inherited bits and pieces so we would be more than happy for the space to be revamped or reshaped as desired. Are super keen for someone keen on contributing to making this cosy, comfy place an even more pleasurable space to live in.
