We are looking for a share mate in our lovely house in Stuart park.
The house is located 15 minutes on foot from the CBD, 5 minutes from the closest bus station.
The room available is furnished ( king size bed, bedsides, built in wardrobe) and has an air con.
It is $300 including power, water and Internet.
Bond of 2 weeks and 2 weeks notice.
We would prefer a long term stay.
The room is going to be available on the 11th of September and would perfectly suit a couple.
We are a working couple in our late 20's , easy going, happy to share time with our share mates but it is not a party house. Also, we like to keep the house neat and tidy. If you feel the same way, feel free to contact us and have a look around.
