The house is located on Burwood Road close to Glenferrie Road and all the essentials (shops, supermarket, cafes, train station, gym). The house has timber floors with carpet in the bedrooms and high ceilings. There is small backyard which gets great sun and is lovely to sit out on during the summer months. There is a shed for any extra storage. Your bedroom is located at the front of the house and you will be sharing a bathroom with Tim.
Rent is $881 each calendar month plus utilities (electricity, gas and internet). A bond will be required when you move in of $860 and you will be required to sign a lease. The house is fully furnishes expect your bedroom, however there is a set of cupboards that will be left behind.
You will be living with me (Fiona), 23 aussie and I have just finished my Masters in Exercise Physiology. Originally from country QLD and moved down here 1.5 years ago. I enjoy my netball, touch footy and waterskiing. Tim is 32 kiwi and works as a carpenter. Tim loves his Simpson’s and snowboarding. During the week we are both pretty tame, and on weekends we are quite social and busy.
Due to our difference schedules we do cook individually, however when the opportunity arises do share the occasional meal or takeout. We always love a good chat in the kitchen with a beer. We keep the house nice and clean (nothing over the top) with everyone contributing their part to the house when required.
We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, is respectively clean, has a social life, and enjoys a good chat and a drink.
We are looking to have someone move in between the 28th August - 18th September.
