About us, I am a parent of a 5year old boy, so the house does have the usual family noise. I have 1little dog and 2 gorgeous cats. We are easy to live with. I have been renting out rooms for 3years now and have lived with a few different characters. Most have been awesome but you get the odd person with mental issues or others that smoke and not shower, yuk. Thus why I ask for no mental issues and smokers negotiable. We also ask for someone with some kind of employment as room mates that rely on Centrelink always end up behind in rent.
