Within easy walking distance to city Centre. Room has large built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, queen bed, desk area and own small balcony. The room is situated next to the main bathroom which is only used by Guest as the other bedroom is ensuite. You also get your own parking space and access to the pool. I'm a easy going 27 year old male. Working 9-5 weekdays. Not always home. Not a party house but a few beers on the balcony with friends is always good. Like to keep the place clean and tidy but I'm not over the top with it. The unit is mostly furnished but I've still got a few things to get. Should be finished very soon though. It's just me living here but my partner stays over a bit too. All bills included in the price. $250 p⁄w. No Internet or foxtel. Smoking on balconies only, no pets allowed. 2 weeks rent upfront please. Give me a text, or email if interested.
