We have one smaller fully furnished room becoming available as of this week (with queen bed, floorboards, cupboard, drawers & YOUR OWN BALCONY with table and chairs) in a double storey 3 bedroom townhouse in Lennon Street, Parkville.
..Towels, fresh bedding, even some scented candles! - basically everything you need all included , use whatever you like in the house/cupboards/pantry, and replace as we go. pretty easy really. ;D
- Located across the road from train station (8mins train ride to the CBD / 2 stops away) and the stop for the 59 tram line is at the front door - which takes you directly into the city and ends at Flinders Street.
Just a short walk to the local supermarkets and shops - Also super close to Carlton/Brunswick and within a short bike ride to the Queen Victoria Markets,
We even have a bike that you could use if you like :) plenty of street parking also! safe as!
BILLS INCLUDED + NO BOND - we just ask rent is paid fortnightly in advance, although due to no bond, two weeks notice is to be given when planning on moving.
Rent is completely negotiable depending on move in date/length of stay.
We're hoping to get new fabulous housemates to share our rad home with as soon as possible but obviously willing to wait for the right person/s!
Please note - we're totally up for sharing with couples but rent would need to be adjusted slightly as all bills are included.
