Hello All,
I'm looking for two new housemates one for late September, and the other early October to share my house in North Perth. We are close to the CBD and 10 min walk to ECU Mt Lawley. There are plenty of buses to the city, and we are also only a 5 min walk to the North Perth shops and Cafe Strip. Bond is $ 350, rooms are $142 each one is medium, the other is a roomy size, the smaller has built-in storage. We have a spacious kitchen. There's a small back yard with a veggie patch! Also a very handsome friendly cat, so no dogs unfortunately, but other cats are ok!
You’ll be living with:
Charlie – works part-time as a pizza chef, recently graduate for an Arts degree, likes to play board games, scrabble, garden, sew and be crafty and quite enjoys to pun.
Oxford – the dapper cat in the picture. Friendly and laid back, has lived with other cats, likes snoozing on the rocking chair out back, conning housemates to feed him twice, adding his personal touch to knitting projects and long walks along the fence
Looking for someone who likes to have a bit of community in their house. Enjoys the occasional shared meal, settling down for a dvd marathon, will contribute to chores and the running of the house. Is happy to feed the catâ„water the garden while I am away.
