So we're looking for a 4th housemate to join our house!
We are three Christian girls from various chuches aged between 24-29, and looking for another Christian girl of smiliar age to live with us. yay! :)
We have just moved into a beautiful home in Doncaster, across the road from a park, cllose to public transport and shops.
The house has Floor boards, heating & cooling, and has a great backyard too. There is plenty of street parking, and driveway space.
You would be paying $130.00 per week
Plus bills (water, gas, electricity & internet) that we will all split equally.
Also, you would need to pay $800 bond, and be put on the lease.
We want the house to be a home environment, we value honesty and trust and are looking to build friendships between housemates and feel like family.
We want someone who is happy to share meals and hang out with us communially, also having the house open for entertaining.
The room is available ASAP, your room is a great size, it does not have a BIR, but has plenty of room for free standing cuboards etc.
