House is located in Panorama, within walking distance to the Belair train line and bus services to Flinders University and Marion. It also has a public reserve at back of the property.
We have three current inhabitants (all male), in early to mid 30s, and no pets. Bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, Kitchen and shared living areas are located upstairs. Additional toilet upstairs.
Cetainly not a party house, but we do enjoy the intelligent conversation and the odd games night. Due to personal preference, we are probably unwilling to accommodate any pets.
