A good sized room has become available in our sharehouse in Kingston.
Sharing with two others in their mid twenties, one male, one female (not a couple) in a big two story unit right in the heart of Kingston.
The room is unfurnished, but big enough to fit a bed and chest of drawers/desk/etc, and has a huge built in wardrobe. You'd be sharing the bathroom with only one other. The bedroom also comes with a secure, undercover car park included in the price.
The rest of the house will remain fully furnished with everything you need - BBQ, big flat screen TV, Netflix, washer/dryer, etc. If you have any additional furniture, we're happy for you to bring it along, and we also have a big storage room upstairs if you need a place to stash some stuff. Downstairs also has heating and airconditioning.
We are just across the road from Kingston shops which has an IGA supermarket as well as several awesome restaurants and cafes. We are also only a five minute walk from the Bus Depot Markets and Kingston Foreshore. Approximately 10 minutes walk from the office precinct in Barton, or a 20 minute bike ride to the city.
Looking for a friendly person in their mid twenties to early thirties, who likes to share a wine or two and watch a movie every now and then.
Only additional bills are electricity and unlimited broadband ($20pm). Bond is $760.
